  • All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

  • We do not offer in-store pickup.

  • Free delivery for US Customers only. Please contact us for International Orders.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a PHOTO of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.   • If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • We do NOT accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited size exchanges, etc., due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

  • It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such cases ALL SALES ARE FINAL and will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
